NEOM’s zones:
Sindalah – An ultra-luxury island destination with 413 hotel
rooms and 333 serviced apartments.
Trojena – A mountain tourism destination that will host the
2029 Asian Winter Games.
Magna – Comprising 12 distinct coastal destinations, many
with high-end hotels like Park Hyatt, Andaz, and Capella.
Oxagon – Though primarily industrial, includes select
hospitality offerings.
- Red Sea Touristic Development – A sustainable tourism initiative
across 90+ islands, emphasizing eco-resorts and modular
construction. - Qiddiya Entertainment City – A leisure mega project near Riyadh
with hospitality developments around theme parks, golf resorts,
