A stunning new nighttime attraction is coming soon to a Dubai hotspot.
Dubai Creek Lights will feature thousands of mood-lifting lights, which will be visible from more than 1,500 feet above ground level.
Designs include standard street lighting and cute floral fixtures, according to a video released by Dubai Municipality.
The Dhs80 million project will extend across eight kilometres in six different locations in Dubai Creek.
The lights aim to celebrate the Creek’s heritage by showcasing its landmarks and bring greater vibrancy to its waterfronts and public spaces after sunset.
Lights will be located in Creek Quay, the Creek Promenade at Gold Souq, the Creek entrance at Infinity Bridge, Al Shindagha Historic District, Bur Dubai Souq and Al Seef Marina.
Scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027, the Dubai Creek Lights project will incorporate sustainable lighting solutions designed to minimise environmental impacts on marine life and protect the area’s natural ecosystem.
