If there’s one thing that Dubai does better than anyone else, it’s luxury. From high-end luxury hotels that soar into the clouds to floating villas, Dubai has big plans for those who like the finer things in life. In the coming years, we can expect some big global brands to open up in Dubai for the first time alongside cool wellness concepts.
Luxury hotels coming to Dubai

Aman Dubai

Dubbed the ‘most expensive hotel in Dubai‘ by hospitality group Aman CEO Vlad Doronin, Aman Dubai is set to arrive on the Jumeirah 2 beachfront in 2027. The hotel will feature an expansive private beach, branded residences, a spa, private pools, greenery and high-end products. Expect unobstructed panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, the Dubai skyline and the Burj Khalifa.

Opening date: 2027

Baccarat Hotel and Residences

New York brand Baccarat is bringing its brand of cool to the UAE with this project, which is expected to debut in 2026.  The tall tower is being designed by Studio Libeskind and 1508 London, and it’s expected to have a glass façade with brilliant views of the city’s landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa, Al Fahidi Fort, the Dubai Frame, and the Dubai Creek. Tower One will have the hotel, with 144 rooms and suites. The residences will comprise 49 rooms and four dining concepts.

Bellagio Hotel Dubai

Set to be part of the Las Vegas-inspired construction project The Island Dubai, the Bellagio will be a key addition to the project. While not much has been revealed about the Dubai version of the iconic Nevada hotel, we should expect high-end entertainment and luxury amenities throughout.

Opening date: 2028 Q2 (The Island)

Buddha-Bar Hotel and Floating Villas

The Buddha-Bar Hotel is one of several big projects coming to The Heart of Europe on World Islands. This one will only be accessible by boat and will feature a dreamy beach club, new lounges and restaurants. The hotel and floating villas will have 162 rooms and suites, as well as a luxury spa to pamper yourself on the island retreat.

Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection

The world’s tallest hotel is getting closer to completion by the day, and we can’t wait to get inside. Towering over the Marina at a staggering 365 metres, the building will also boast a rooftop infinity pool and bar overlooking Palm Jumeirah. As if that’s not enough, we’re sure the 360-degree glass observation deck, all-day dining or state-of-the-art gym will also impress.

Corinthia Dubai

Standing at more than 500 metres, Corinthia Dubai is set to be the latest landmark hotel to come to the city. The hotel will be set within a two-tower structure on Sheikh Zayed Road and be placed near the Museum of the Future. It will feature a contemporary architectural style and be conjoined by a cantilevered sky lobby standing 200 metres above the ground – around 100 metres higher than The Link at the One Za’abeel. The hotel will also feature the world’s highest outdoor sky pool. This pool is set to soar over 500 metres in the sky and boast panoramic 360-degree views of the city.

Opening date: 2030

Côte d’Azur Nice Hotel

Another Mediterranean-inspired hotel set to open at The Heart of Europe, you can expect more high-end luxury at this hotel. It’ll have direct access to the largest pool in the region, a dozen authentic French dining options and its own beach club. Expect this one to open soon, as it was awarded a completion certificate back in March.
