This applies to any hotel apartment that is built and currently in operation.

Please note: The below questionnaire is Round 1 of the judging process. Please answer the following questions to the best of your knowledge to enable the MEHA judges to learn about your hotel.

How do you ensure and sustain the quality of your products & furnishings?
What strategies have been implemented to reduce waste and make the overall operation sustainable?
What unique facilities are available and how do these differentiate you from other Hotel apartments?
Describe any bespoke services or products are offered that make your Hotel Apartment unique. [What additional value added services do you offer in the price? How many housekeeping visits do you provide? What soft products do you include? Do you provide internet free of charge, etc?]
Describe the sales and marketing strategy to secure guests.
What is the pricing structure monthly/annually?
