Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai - the fourth in the iconic brand’s global series of stylish beach and urban retreats - is now fully open to the public, and we couldn’t be more excited.

Here are ten things you didn’t know Dubai’s exciting new ‘luxury lifestyle’ resort, open now:

1. It is the BIGGEST Nikki Beach resort in the world


Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is the brands flagship location worldwide. It is the 13th permanent Nikki Beach location and the 4th of its hotel properties to open.

2. More than 40,000 people visited Nikki Beach Club Dubai in its first 3 months of opening


To this day it continues to be one of the hottest properties in Dubai. November 2016’s ‘White Party’ saw party goers in their 1000s being entertained by top DJs and dancers from beautiful snow queens to Darth Vader.

3. It’s launching two new brunches in 2017


Nikki Beach Dubai is entering 2017 in celebratory style with the launch of not one, but two, new brunch offerings: the ‘Saint Tropez Brunch’ (Fridays at Café Nikki), and the world famous ‘Amazing Sundays Brunch’ – a concept first launched at Nikki Beach’s flagship Miami Beach property, and one of the brand’s most beloved events globally.

4. It is the only hotel located on Dubai’s Pearl Jumeira


The exclusive residential development is a reclaimed island that covers approximately 8.3 million sq. ft. of land. Set to host 7 key residential areas, a Town Center with retail facilities, and a unique 2km promenade, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai – located on its waterfront – is its only hotel. Pearl Jumeira is easily accessible from the city’s main transport arteries, including Sheikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah Beach Road, whilst offering a sense of seclusion.

5. It's one of Dubai’s best locations for surfing


In an interview with Alexander Schneider, General Manager of Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, he let us know the interesting fact that the beach resort is one of the best locations for surfing in Dubai. The waves off the 450-meter long stretch of private beach at the property provide some of the city’s best surf spots.

6. And Nikki Beach loves surfers


Welcoming surf enthusiasts, Nikki Beach offers special F&B and room offers to surfers.

7. It is a boutique hotel with 132 keys


Comprising 117 rooms and suites and 15 villas alongside 63 private residences.

8. It has five restaurant and lounges


Café Nikki, an all-day urban bistro; Soul Lounge, offering creative bites to complement chilled-out tunes and uplifting beverages; Nikki Beach Dubai Restaurant & Beach Club, with globally-inspired fare in a beachside setting; and Nikki Privé, an exclusive lounge with perfect views of the sunset. Key West, a melding of Floridian, Caribbean and Latin cuisine, will launch later in 2017.

9. It has a Nikki Spa and Tone Gym


The Nikki Spa will open in March 2017, whilst the Tone Gym is already open daily from 6am-10pm, offering access to the latest Technogym equipment including strength, resistance, balance and cardio machines.

10. It has almost 20 swimming pools


Four pools around the resort and 15 exclusive villas with private pools.
