If you fall under one of the following nationalities there is no need for you to purchase your visa in advance as the U.A.E. now offers a visa stamp ON ARRIVAL:-
Andorra, Australia, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, San Marino, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Your passport will be stamped in your passport at the port of entry and will be valid for a period of 30 days from arrival.
If your passport covers one of the above nationalities please make your way to immigration where your passport will be stamped free of charge.
Alternatively, Events in Focus Ltd will be happy to arrange visas via your hotel prior to travelling if you fall under any other nationality, however you must book your hotel via our online system and then contact Randy Wright at rw@eventsinfocus.net. This must be done prior to travelling to the U.A.E. and the guidelines below followed
Events in Focus Ltd will contact your hotel for a visa form which will be sent to you for you to complete. Your visa cannot be applied for unless you complete this form in full. Should you have any questions please do come back to us and we will help.
Please note that all fees are non refundable so if you are denied your visa then you will not receive any refund of the fees paid.
If you have booked close to the event and the hotel is within cancellation charges you will be charged the cancellation penalty that the hotel is charging to your card.
It is to your advantage to apply for your visa early so that you do not fall in to cancellations charges for your accommodation if denied.
